ACCOUNT STRATEGY MANAGER

Soulsight, a highly strategic and creative iconic brand design agency is looking for experienced Account Managers to join our Account Strategy Team.

JOB SUMMARY:

As an Account Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects, partnering with the Creative Team to deliver the utmost level of strategic design, as well as strengthening client relationships. This role will report directly to an Account Strategy Director or a Senior Account Strategy Manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

4+ years experience in Account Management, history working in branding and packaging design

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Advanced problem resolution and communication skills

Ability to anticipate internal team and client needs, serving as a valued partner

Highly organized and able to juggle multiple assignments / projects at one time

Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

COLLABORATION & TEAMWORK

Adds value throughout the creative process, contributing and supporting business and clients

Works with an optimistic attitude and is a champion in the project process

Works collaboratively with Operations, Account Strategy and Creative teams

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Handles multiple projects or accounts under a single or multiple clients

Manages client and agency needs in a timely and organized manner

Prepares estimates or scope of work with timelines and key milestones 

Effectively manages project schedules with appropriate resources

Prepares timely budgets, billings and projection updates

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Becomes dedicated to Soulsight’s internal and external growth initiatives

Builds consistent client relationships / partnerships and grows the accounts with projects and revenue 

Participates in RFP / RFI development including pitches to win new business 

 

ACCOUNT STRATEGY

Adds value and supports design with Account Strategy development

Willingness to collaborate and participate in Creative Strategy development

Provides meaningful and effective insights that supports our creative deliverables

Understands the assigned brands and categories and provides relevant insights in the process

Efficiently and thoughtfully assembles the upfront strategy of creative presentations

  Develops project process to fit the needs of the initiative
